A perfect and healthy body! Nuff said.
So until now I go to the gym everyday and do at least one hour exercise to maintain my stamina and also building out my muscle togather.
I received many inspiration to do this, as in friends, meeting new people, ads(hell yeah I'm also being among the people who get influenced by this crappy ads), youtubers, and jealousy towards people who already achieved a good ripped body shape.
